Patient Transport Service
We know that transporting an ill or injured pet can be incredibly stressful. Our professional Patient Transport Service provides safe, comfortable transit between your home and our 24-hour hospital.
Our custom-fitted vehicle ensures your pet remains stable and secure, supervised by staff who understand their medical needs. Whether you lack transport or your pet requires a specialised environment, we take the logistical weight off your shoulders.
Digital Radiography and Ultrasound Imaging
Accurate diagnosis is the cornerstone of effective care. We use advanced digital X-rays and ultrasound to look “inside” your pet non-invasively.
Digital radiography provides instant, high-resolution images of bones and organs, while ultrasound allows us to monitor soft tissues and heart health in real-time. This modern technology ensures faster answers and more precise treatment plans, and we always share these findings with you clearly and honestly.
Critical Care
When a pet faces a life-threatening illness or trauma, our Critical Care department provides intensive, round-the-clock monitoring.
Based in our 24-hour hospital, your pet is never left alone and receives advanced support, including oxygen therapy and continuous pain management. We understand how frightening these moments are, so we prioritize frequent updates and honest conversations about your pet’s prognosis and the costs of their intensive recovery.
Fixed Pricing
An emergency case that comes to us before 8pm between Monday and Saturday can save you up to £190 for the consultation alone, in comparison to a traditional OOH service that opens at 7pm.
