The Lighthouse 24/7 A&E Pet Hospital is a result of my relationship with our referring vets who were generally unhappy with their existing OOH provision – one of them pointed out how good an A&E vet Lukasz is and I did what I do – pushed a large rock off the top of the mountain and left our amazing team to sort out the detail!
The Lighthouse has been a game-changer for A&E veterinary care in our area – for the first time, there is an in-hours A&E service – we are the only true 24/7 A&E provider on the Hampshire coast.
The way in which our A&E and referral teams collaborate has created a unique clinical level service.
From a referring vet and pet owner perspective, we have created a seamless care solution – any case that a practice cannot or doesn’t want to support is sent over to us at any time of day and night.
We subsequently deliver high-level veterinary care on an independent, ethical and honest basis – this should not be a USP but it is.
